I imagined the idea of L'Agence after having worked independently for more than 4 years in the agency 'AD Villa' that I co-founded in 2014. I wanted to create a more human and transparent agency, offering services whose prices are clearly defined or capped without surprises and whose focus is on the securisation and assistance during each step so as my clients can totally rely on my team and go through their Real Estate project in the smoother way possible.

With a finance background and a few years of rental real estate investment, Sylvain lives between Paris and Barcelona. He is the author of the blog Investimmob, a multi-owner experience and invaluable help on rental investment projects.
Vincent
Director of the rental agency Host-Planner, Vincent knows how to optimize spaces in order to generate the best possible return. His dedicated team deals with rental contracts, visits, maintenance of premises, and the management of tourist apartments.
Victoria
Victoria has a great knowledge and experience in interior architecture, having worked on many projects within large Parisian firms (Louis Manuel Fremiot Architect, Geoffroy and Zonca Architects ...) Now installed in Mallorca, she is our Ace of interior architecture and can supervise major renovation projects.
Paqui
Lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in the field of civil and real estate law in Barcelona city and the surrounding areas. She specializes in legal advice, negotiation, management and conflict resolution. In addition to monitoring all the documentary and contractual verifications, she is present at the time of the different signatures of Arras and at the notary's.
Alicia
With 15 years of experience as a technical architect, she carries out the evaluation, inspection and energy certification reports, specialist ITE for individual or local properties, diagnostics and structural rehabilitations of new and existing buildings. ..
